I have a reputation for disposing of Anxiety issues once and for all, never to return again.
Anxiety can affect both physically and mentally.
Physical Symptoms may include, but not limited to Numbness and Tingling, Chest Pains, Neck Tension Headaches, Nervous Stomach - Upset Stomach, IBS, Sweating, Insomnia.
Mental Symptoms may include, but not limited to Feelings of Apprehension or Dread, Feeling Tense and Jumpy, Irritability, Restlessness, Trouble Concentrating, Feeling Like Your Mind Has Gone Blank. The severity and number of symptoms experienced will vary from person to person. Some may experience 'Free-Floating' Anxiety, commonly referred to as Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) also known as 'Chronic Worrying'.
We all experience fear from time to time, it's a natural reaction that keeps us on our toes and able to react to dangers, but when that fear is prolonged and disproportionate to the concern, there must be a reason why, and it's that reason why which I seek to uncover; why you react to information you receive by producing anxiety when others in a similar situation do not.
As well as looking to understand how, and when, anxiety affects you, I seek to identify, understand and correct the reason why, why it's necessary for you to react to situations by experiencing Anxiety, only then can you be free from the effects and no longer react that way anymore.
